We are really enjoying our townhouse on Davis. The home is a great combination of function and form. From the cabinetry, to the lighting, and the appliances, the finishes are first class. The design and construction of the unit makes the best use of the space with a great attention to detail. We are very happy we chose to rent here.

Living at 38 Saint Roch Ave Unit G has been fantastic. The unit itself is beautiful – the open floor plan is great for entertaining, and the private rooftop deck and fenced yard are perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The quality of the construction is top-notch, and everything feels very well-built. It's clear a lot of thought went into making the space not only functional but also very stylish.

Everything in our place is high-end including the appliances, countertops, windows, lighting, and doors/hardware. You can tell a lot of thought went into how these units were designed. On the rare occasion where we needed service for something in our unit, the team has been very responsive and addressed whatever was needed.
